BDG Win ₹8,000 Deposit Missing – UPI Payment Not Credited

I deposited 8,000 to my Bdg Win account (UID: 2526***) on 12 July 2026 via UPI. The payment was completed successfully and I have a receipt showing the transfer from my UPI account to the receiver, with a UPI reference number visible on the confirmation screen. Despite this, the amount has not been credited to my Bdg Win balance and my account still shows only a very small remaining balance. I contacted Bdg Win support about this missing deposit but did not receive any proper support or solution. My money has been deducted from my bank/UPI, but Bdg Win has neither added it to my account nor refunded it, which is causing me financial stress and loss of trust. I request that my 8,000 deposit be immediately either credited to my Bdg Win account balance or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing about the result of this transaction check.
