I am writing regarding a serious issue I am facing with a withdrawal from the BDG mobile game. On 08/05/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 49,999 to my SBI savings account. In the game, this withdrawal is shown as successful with the reference number WD2026050800022625862835b but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Although the status in BDG shows “successful”, my SBI savings account has not received any amount. I have contacted both BDG game support and my bank about this missing withdrawal, but I have not received any clear information or solution from either side. The withdrawal process is supposed to take up to 7 days, but this period has already passed and I still have not received my money. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that the amount of 49,999 be credited to my SBI savings account as soon as possible, or a clear written explanation be provided about where the money is and what the next step will be. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, as such delays and lack of information are extremely worrying for such a large amount.
