I deposited an amount of 500 into my BDG Win account on 28 April at 14:59:36, but the balance has still not been credited to my game wallet. My Game ID is 193***. The UTR/Transaction ID for this payment is 575659002165. I request that this deposit be checked and the amount of 500 be credited to my BDG Win account as soon as possible. I am also attaching the payment screenshot as proof of the successful transaction. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue urgently and confirm once the balance has been added.
