BDG Win Failed to Credit Deposit

On 20 July 2026 I made two deposit payments to my Bdg Win account, but neither of them was credited. In the first transaction I deposited 13,000 via Google Pay, and in the second transaction I deposited 35,000 via Fampay. The total amount of 48,000 is missing from my Bdg Win balance even though both payments were successfully completed on my side. I am a VIP level 3 user and I used to trust the platform, but this situation has completely broken that trust. 48,000 is a huge amount and this is not a joke for me. I expect Bdg Win to immediately check these two specific transactions, locate the deposits and credit the full 48,000 to my Bdg Win account without any further delay, or otherwise refund the total amount back to my original payment methods as soon as possible. I request that this issue be resolved urgently so that my funds are not held any longer without justification.
