Bdgwin Wallet Missing Deposits Despite Successful PhonePe Transactions

I made two deposits into my Bdgwin account using PhonePe, but neither amount has been credited to my game wallet. The first deposit was ₹20,000 on 01/16/2026, and the second was ₹16,000 on 04/02/2026. Both payments were successfully deducted from my PhonePe balance, yet they are still not visible or usable in my Bdgwin wallet.

I contacted Bdgwin customer support regarding this issue, and they told me to wait until the next platform update. However, even after that, my deposits are still missing, and the problem remains unresolved.

I request that both deposit amounts be immediately credited to my Bdgwin game wallet. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation for this delay and why my funds have not been reflected despite successful payments.
