BDG Win Failed My ₹1,000 Deposit but the Money Was Debited

I am writing regarding an unresolved payment issue on the BDG Win app that has caused me serious concern. On 09.06.2026, I deposited ₹1000 through the Deposit section via UPI QR Pay using MobiKwik pocket wallet Pay. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account and is shown as paid in MobiKwik pocket wallet Pay, but in the BDG Win app the transaction was marked as “failed”. Since then, the money has neither been credited to my BDG Win account nor refunded to my bank account, even though almost a month has passed, up to today, 14.06.2026. My BDG Win UID is 5507940 and the order/transaction number is MOB278bdf43adb355d. Despite the transaction status showing as failed on BDG Win’s side, the amount has clearly been debited from my account, and there has been no trace of it either in my BDG wallet or as a reversal to my bank. For me, ₹1000 is a significant amount, and this situation is causing me serious worry and financial stress. I have contacted BDG Win customer support many times about this issue, but every time I receive the same standard reply that the payment has not been received on their side, without any proper investigation, escalation, or concrete resolution. I find this extremely disappointing, especially given the clear payment confirmation on the MobiKwik side and the duration for which this has remained unresolved. I request that this transaction be urgently and thoroughly investigated and that either ₹1000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay. I also request a clear written confirmation of the action taken in response to this complaint.
