I am writing regarding two bank transfer deposits I made to my BDG Win betting account from my Punjab National Bank account, which are still showing as pending and have not been credited.
On April 3, I deposited 300 INR, and on April 4, I deposited 200 INR, both via bank transfer in the afternoon around 6:00 PM. Although the amounts have been debited from my Punjab National Bank account, my BDG Win account balance has not been updated, and both deposits are still showing as pending.
I contacted BDG Win customer support about this issue and was only told to wait patiently. However, no clear solution or timeline has been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.
I request that these two deposits, 300 INR and 200 INR, made on April 3 and April 4, be urgently reviewed and immediately credited to my BDG Win account, or that I be given a clear and prompt explanation.
