BDG Recharge Debited But Not Credited PhonePe

On 27/02/2026 at around 12:30 PM, I made a payment of ₹50,000 through PhonePe to recharge my BDG ID. The amount has been debited from my account, and I have the UTR number 314146228839, but it is still not reflected in my BDG ID balance. As a result, despite my active business presence, my money has been stuck.

I have remained in contact with BDG support, but since morning they have only been asking me to wait and have not provided any clear solution or timeline. My request is that this issue be resolved — either ₹50,000 should be credited to my BDG ID immediately, or the same amount should be refunded to my bank as soon as possible, so that my money does not remain blocked without any update.
