BDG Win Demands ₹8,999 Verification Fee Before Withdrawal

I am writing to complain about the behavior of the BDG Win platform regarding my withdrawal and their demand for an unreasonable “verification fee.”

I use BDG Win with the mobile number 78886670**. I deposited my own money into the platform and placed three bets, after which my balance increased to approximately ₹340,000.

Today, I attempted to withdraw ₹10,000 from my BDG Win balance to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. However, instead of processing my withdrawal, BDG Win is demanding that I first pay ₹8,999 as a “verification fee,” stating that only after this payment will my withdrawal be completed.

On their Telegram channel, it was mentioned that the first deposit should not exceed ₹30,000, but there was no clear disclosure that such a high verification fee would be required before withdrawing funds.

I have already informed them that I do not have any extra money. I have even borrowed funds from others and currently have three active loans in my name, so it is impossible for me to arrange additional money just to pay this fee.

Despite this, they continue to insist on the ₹8,999 payment, which I find completely unfair and suspicious.

My clear and final request is that BDG Win immediately cancel this so-called verification fee and return only the total amount I originally deposited. I am not asking for any winnings, bonuses, or additional funds—I only want my own deposited money back. After this, I will no longer use or play on this platform.

I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and without any further demands for additional payments.
