BDG Win Deposit Successful But Balance Still Not Credited

I deposited 4,000 rupees in the BDG Win app on 11/04/2026 at around 08:10 a.m. using my phone. The payment went through and the amount was debited from my account. The transaction is shown with the description “S S ENTERPRISES” and the UTR number 688400701182. However, despite the successful payment, the balance has still not been credited to my BDG Win account. Since the payment, I have been repeatedly checking the app but my game balance has not increased and the money is not visible anywhere in my BDG Win wallet. This situation is causing me both financial and mental stress because the amount has been deducted from my account but I cannot use it in the game. I request that my 4,000 rupees be immediately credited to my BDG Win game balance corresponding to the above UTR number, or that you resolve the issue urgently and ensure my deposited amount is reflected correctly in my account.
