BDG Helpline Mentor Delayed My UPI Deposit
On 15 March, I deposited 2000 INR to BDG Helpline Mentor via UPI for their service, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and was not credited to my BDG account on the same day. The deposit was finally credited only the next day, which caused me unnecessary stress and confusion. During this period, although the money had already been taken from my bank account, I could not use the BDG Helpline Mentor service properly because the balance was not showing in my BDG account. I also tried to reach them, but I received no response from their side. I would like BDG Helpline Mentor to review this delayed credit issue and ensure that such delays do not happen again, and I also request a clear explanation for why the 2000 INR deposit made on 15 March was only credited the following day.
