On 15 March, I deposited 2000 INR to BDG Helpline Mentor via UPI for their service, but the amount was deducted from my bank account and was not credited to my BDG account on the same day. The deposit was finally credited only the next day, which caused me unnecessary stress and confusion. During this period, although the money had already been taken from my bank account, I could not use the BDG Helpline Mentor service properly because the balance was not showing in my BDG account. I also tried to reach them, but I received no response from their side.
