Urgent: Unresolved Withdrawal Issue

I am a user of the BDG Game platform and I am facing an unresolved issue with a withdrawal request of ₹12,000. I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹12,000 on 2026-05-29 with the transaction ID WD20260529221757291055825d, but the amount has still not been credited back to my bank account. I have not received any UTR number for this withdrawal, and I am unable to track the status of my money. This situation is causing me serious concern because such a large amount is stuck without any clear information or update from the platform. I request that BDG Game immediately provide the UTR number for my transaction and credit my ₹12,000 back to my bank account without any further delay. I expect a prompt and clear response so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
