My Withdrawal Pending and Not Received in Bank Account

I play on the BDG game platform and on 26th of this month I requested a withdrawal of ₹17,000 through bank transfer to my Canara Bank account. Since that date the status of this withdrawal is still not showing as successful or confirmed in the game, and the money has not been credited to my bank account, which is causing me serious concern. I tried to reach your helpline, but I am not getting any proper response or solution about this pending withdrawal. There is no clear information about the delay or any definite time frame, and as a user this situation makes me feel insecure about my money on your platform. I request that my pending ₹17,000 withdrawal be urgently processed and credited to my Canara Bank account without any further delay, or that I am given a clear and written explanation about the exact reason for the problem and the date by which it will be resolved.
