I am a user of BDG Game with UID 21451*** and on 10.04.2026 I made a deposit of 10,000 units via bank transfer using the reference UTR 013490229562 from the account identified as BABYCHIKE***EDS2447@UPGRAMINBANK. Despite the payment being completed from my side, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game account. After noticing that the balance was not added, I submitted a complaint to BDG Game customer support, but I have not received any response so far and the issue remains unresolved. I request that the 10,000 deposit either be credited to my BDG Game account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for an explanation from BDG Game regarding why this delay and lack of response occurred.
