BDG Game Suspends Account Without Notice After Funds Withdrawal Attempt

My BDG Game account has been unfairly locked and I am unable to access it. After making a withdrawal, my BDG account was logged out and when I tried to log in again, I saw the message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and since 24/08/2026 I have not been able to enter my account. My account number is 62646 47854. I was using my account actively before this situation and I was not informed in advance that there would be any restriction or ban. I request that my account be urgently checked, the reason for locking it be clearly explained to me and my account be reopened. If there is any issue, I would like it to be reviewed in detail and my access to the game and my balance to be restored.
