On 27 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 522 from my BDG Win account to my State Bank of India account, but the withdrawal is still pending and the money has not been credited to my bank. When I contacted the platform, I was told that withdrawals below 1000 are not allowed and that the minimum withdrawal amount is 1000. However, the BDG Win system clearly shows that withdrawals are allowed between 500 and 50000, and I made my withdrawal request based on the information displayed in the app. Because of this contradiction, my money is now stuck, and I feel misled and unfairly treated. I request that my pending withdrawal of 522 be processed immediately and credited to my State Bank of India account, or at the very least returned to my BDG Win wallet. I also request that the incorrect withdrawal limit information shown in the app be corrected and that a clear and honest explanation be provided regarding this issue.
