I am writing because my main BdgGame account has been locked and I cannot log in. My player ID is 20413***. When I try to access my account, I receive the message “116 user is locked” and I am completely unable to use my ID. I have not done anything unusual such as using cheats, third‑party software, VPN, account trading or logging in from an unknown device. Despite this, my account was locked without any clear explanation. I kindly request that you urgently review my account, clearly inform me of the exact reason why my ID was locked, and unlock my main game account so that I can continue playing. If there is any additional verification or information needed from my side, I am ready to provide it.
