Please Open My BDG Account

I have been playing BDG Game on my Android phone and my game account with ID 8015374*** has suddenly been locked. When I try to log in, I see the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I can no longer access my account. I did not use any hacks, cheats, VPN, illegal top-ups or any unusual method before my account was locked. Despite this, my account was restricted without any clear explanation, which has caused me serious frustration. I contacted BDG Game support about this situation, but I did not receive any response or explanation. My account is still locked and I cannot use the game. I kindly request that my BDG Game ID be checked urgently, that I be informed of the real reason for the lock, and that my account be unlocked as soon as possible so that I can continue using it normally.
