Deposit Not Received

I am writing about a problem I have experienced with BDG Game regarding two deposit payments that were deducted from my account but not added to my BDG Game wallet. On 14 July 2026 and again on 2 August 2026, I made deposits of 2,000 ₹ each to BDG Game, a total of 4,000 ₹. One of the transactions is linked to the order number 2608081952054519791, and in my deposit and recharge history it is shown as “Success” or “Completed”. I made the payments through PhonePe/UPI, and the amount was successfully debited from my side, as confirmed by the PhonePe receipt and my recharge history. Despite this, the money did not reach my BDG Game wallet balance. My BDG Game account details are user ID 7258*** and username MEMBERNNG9N6WD. In the BDG Game deposit history, there are also “Failed” entries for 2,000 ₹, but for the successful transaction BDG Game still shows the explanation that they have “not yet received the funds” and asks me to wait, even though the money has already been deducted from my account. I have already waited a long time for this issue to be resolved, but there has been no meaningful progress and my total missing balance of 4,000 ₹ is still not visible in my BDG Game wallet. I request that the two deposits of 2,000 ₹ each, which were successfully deducted from my side but not credited, be immediately added to my BDG Game wallet, and that this be done as quickly as possible without any further delay.
