BDG Game ₹5,000 Deposit Not Credited: PhonePe Payment Issue

I deposited 5,000 ₹ to BDG Game on 03/09/2026 via PhonePe, sending the money from the account in the name of Faijan S***. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG Game account. When I contacted BDG Game support about the missing deposit, they asked me for race-wise details. I do not have those race-wise details, I only have the race-wise UPI ID information and the successful PhonePe transaction proof, yet they are still not crediting my 5,000 ₹ or resolving the issue. I request that my 5,000 ₹ deposit be either immediately credited to my BDG Game account or refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
