BDG Deposit Was Not Added

I am writing to report an issue with a deposit that has not been credited to my Bgwin account. On 28 April, I made a deposit of 1,000 rupees for my Bgwin balance, but the amount has not been claimed or reflected in my account, even though the transaction went through on my side. The relevant Bgwin account / transaction reference is: T2604280054302242171313. Despite this, my balance has not been updated and I have been unable to use these funds on the platform. I contacted Bgwin customer support about this problem, but so far I have not received any response and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my 1,000 rupees deposit be immediately located and credited to my Bgwin account, or that my money be refunded if the deposit cannot be processed. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why there has been no response from support until now.
