I amfollowing up on my previous complaint regarding the failed ₹4,000 deposit. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my BDG Game wallet. Please check the transaction and arrange a refund of ₹4,000 directly to my bank account. Kindly update me on the status of my refund and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
