I made a deposit of 2000 today via UPI to my BDG account with UID 21821*** but the amount has still not been credited in the game. I have the UPI transaction details and reference, so the payment has clearly gone through from my side, yet the balance in my BDG game has not been updated. I contacted BDG customer support and they told me that they would check the issue, but even after around 5 hours they only say that it is still under review, without giving any clear solution or time frame. This delay is causing me inconvenience because my money is stuck and I cannot use it in the game. I request that my 2000 deposit be immediately credited to my BDG game account or the issue be resolved without any further delay, and that I receive a clear confirmation once the balance has been added.
