BDG Game UPI Deposit Deducted but Not Credited to Account

I made a payment today at around 12:12 via UPI for BDG game, but the deposit has still not been credited to my game account. The amount I paid was ₹99.66 and the transaction reference/ID is 650126828070. The money has already been debited from my account, yet my BDG game balance has not been updated. I also have a screenshot as proof of this UPI payment. I contacted BDG game support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing inconvenience because my money has been deducted without getting the service in return. I request that my payment be checked urgently using the above transaction ID, and that the ₹99.66 be either credited to my BDG game account balance or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I am ready to share the payment screenshot if needed.
