I have been using my BC Game account through the mobile application, but for approximately the last 15–20 days my account has been marked as temporarily blocked.
Whenever I try to log into my account, I receive a message stating that my account is unavailable and that I should contact customer service for assistance. Because of this restriction, I have completely lost access to my account and cannot use the platform normally.
I contacted BC Game support regarding this issue, but I was not provided with any clear explanation about why the block was placed on my account. I assume the restriction may be related to security reasons or an automated system review, but no specific problem, violation, or suspicious activity has been explained to me.
In addition, I have not been asked to provide any extra documents, complete any verification process, or take any steps that could help restore access to my account. This lack of communication has made the situation very frustrating because I still do not understand what caused the issue or how it can be resolved.
I respectfully request that my BC Game account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible. If there is a specific reason for the temporary block, I also request a clear explanation along with instructions about what actions or verification steps are required to restore full access to my account.
