BC.Game Deposit Missing Despite Successful Bank Transfer

I made a deposit of 1,500 Pakistani rupees on BCGAME on 16 October via the “Deposit” section shown at the top of the site. The amount was successfully deducted from my side, as seen in the Meezan Bank Limited RAAST transaction from Ameer B*** to Fozia S***, but it has still not been credited to my BCGAME balance. I contacted BCGAME support several times about this missing 1,500 PKR deposit. Each time they only said that they were “investigating”, and after that they stopped replying and did not give me any clear information or solution, and my balance was still not updated. I request that the 1,500 PKR that was taken from my account but not added to my BCGAME balance be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible and that a clear written explanation be provided about why this problem occurred and why my previous complaints were ignored.
