4rabet Deposit Not Received

I am writing about an issue I experienced with 4rabet regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account. On 6 October 2026, I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to 4rabet via UPI. The payment was processed successfully through PhonePe, and I have the confirmation screen showing a successful transaction of 4,999.68 INR to the recipient Gourav K*** S*** on that date. Despite the transaction being completed and the money leaving my PhonePe account, the amount has still not been reflected in my 4rabet balance. I request that my 5,000 INR deposit either be immediately credited to my 4rabet account or, if that is not possible, fully refunded back to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation as to why a successfully completed UPI payment was not credited to my gaming balance.
