4rabet Deposits Missing Despite Successful Bank Payments

I am writing about three deposits I made to my 4rabet account which were never credited, even though they were successfully completed from my side and confirmed by my bank in India. On 1 September I made two separate deposits of 10,000 INR each, and on 19 September I made a third deposit of 10,000 INR. All three payments went through successfully according to my payment apps and bank records. For example, one transaction on 19 September 2026 shows a successful Paytm UPI transfer of 9,999.28 INR, and on 1 September 2026 there are two successful PhonePe payments to “SAI RAJ DUDH D***” of 9,999.30 INR and 9,999.87 INR. Despite this, none of these amounts appeared in my 4rabet balance. I contacted 4rabet customer support and they replied that my deposits were not received in their system, although my deposits show as successful and my bank has confirmed the transactions. This situation has caused me financial loss and wasted time, as the money has left my accounts but is not available in my 4rabet balance. I request that 4rabet urgently investigate these three deposits, match them with their payment provider records and either credit the full amounts to my 4rabet account balance or refund the full total back to my Indian bank accounts without any deductions.
