Melbet Deposit Not Received

I made a deposit of 20,000 INR to my Melbet account on 9 October 2026, but this amount has still not been credited to my balance and the process has been delayed without any clear explanation. The payment was successfully completed from my side, as can be seen from the transaction confirmation of the 20,000 INR PhonePe payment to Deepak Enterprises on the same date. Since noticing that the money was not reflected in my Melbet account, I have contacted your customer support many times. Each time, I was only told that you cannot give me any specific timeframe and I received no concrete information about the status of my deposit or when it would be credited. I request that my 20,000 INR deposit made on 9 October 2026 be immediately located and credited to my Melbet account, or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be promptly refunded to my original payment method, and that I be informed in writing about the result.
