BC.Game Paytm UPI Deposit Not Credited

I deposited 50,000 INR to my BC.Game account via Paytm UPI on 12/12/2025, but this amount has still not been reflected in my account even after 20 days. The deposit was successfully debited from my side and I have the transaction reference/UTR details, yet the balance has not been credited on the platform. During this period I contacted BC.Game customer support several times, but instead of resolving the issue within the deadlines and policies they state, they have continued to delay the process and given false or inconsistent statements. This situation has caused serious concern and has completely broken my trust in the platform. I request that the 50,000 INR deposit be immediately credited to my BC.Game account in accordance with their own policies and the time frames they promise, and that I be given a clear and accurate explanation of why this delay occurs.
