BC.Game Failed to Credit Two ₹5,000 UPI Deposits

I am writing to raise a complaint about two deposits I made to my BC Game account (User ID: 51290745) that have still not been credited. On 4 December, I deposited ₹5000 via UPI into my BC Game account. This transaction is still under review and has not been credited, even though the order amount is ₹5000, and the credited amount is 0 INR. The order details are: Order ID F-1850594587221531227, created on 04/12/2025 at 21:38:47, with Txid starting as 20251 and ending with 12816. Similarly, I made another UPI deposit of ₹5000 to the same BC Game account, which is also still under review, again with an order amount of ₹5000 and a credited amount of 0 INR. The details of this second deposit are: Order ID F-1850758305388284724, created on 06/12/2025 at 17:01:01, with Txid starting as 20251 and ending with 29209. Following these issues, I raised a ticket with BC Game customer support and submitted all the necessary proof of payment, including these transaction details. However, even though many days have passed since then, I have not received any response or resolution from your side. I kindly request that both of these ₹5000 UPI deposits be urgently checked and immediately credited to my BC Game account balance. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use the funds I have already paid.
