I have been experiencing a serious problem accessing my BC.Game account since April 4, 2026. I use the BC.Game iOS app on my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and even though I am entering the correct email address and password, I receive a message saying that my account is temporarily unavailable and that I am not allowed to log in. This is the first time I have ever had this issue with my account. My BC.Game account is registered with the email address Hamidturi***@gmail.com.
At the moment, I have at least 8,000 USDT in my balance that I cannot access or use because of this restriction. I contacted BC.Game support and provided the requested information, including my email address and phone number, but despite that, my access issue still has not been resolved.
I request that my account be reviewed urgently, that the restriction be removed immediately if there is no valid reason for it, and that I regain full access to my account and balance as soon as possible. I also kindly ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was marked as “temporarily unavailable” in the first place.
