Can't Open BC Game Account - Please Send Gmail Recovery Option

I have a problem accessing my BC.Game user account and I would like it to be resolved as soon as possible. My BC.Game username is “Pras1***”. Although I know my Gmail address and password, I cannot log in and I receive the message “Your account is temporarily unavailable. Please contact our customer service.” I do not understand why my account has been made temporarily unavailable and I have not been given any clear explanation. There is a balance of approximately Rs 19,400.00 in this account, and I am very worried about not being able to access my funds. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the reason for the restriction be clearly explained to me, and my account be reactivated so that I can access and use my balance without any problems.
