BC.Game Android App Withdrawal Blocked Due To Identity Verification Error

I am facing a serious problem with my BC account on the Android application, where my INR withdrawals have been continuously blocked due to an identity verification issue. Whenever I try to withdraw, the system shows the message “Unable to proceed the action due to failed identity verification please go to check reason,” but there is no clear explanation or further guidance. This problem has been ongoing since around November–December 2025, and every single attempt to withdraw has failed with the same error. Currently, approximately 4,800 INR of my funds are stuck in my account and I am unable to access this money. There is no available option in the app for me to re-verify my identity, resubmit KYC documents, or correct anything related to the verification process. I have not received any response regarding this specific issue from BC support, and I am left without a way to complete my withdrawals or resolve the verification error. I believe this is unfair, as my funds are blocked without any clear reason or remedy being provided. I kindly request that my identity verification issue be properly reviewed and corrected, that the verification option be enabled if needed, and that my pending balance be released so I can withdraw it without further problems. I also ask to be informed clearly about any requirements or documents needed so that this does not happen again.
