BC Game Failed to Deliver ₹50,000 Withdrawal to Indian Bank Account

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with BC Game. On December 14, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my BC Game account to my Canara Bank account in India. In the BC Game system, this withdrawal is marked as successful with the transaction ID 6358250, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Since that date, no funds have been received in my Canara Bank account, and there is no corresponding transaction record on the bank’s side.
I contacted BC Game support and opened a ticket regarding this issue. The only response I continue to receive is that the “merchant transaction is successful” and that no refund is possible. However, they keep repeating the same statement without providing any proof that the money was actually credited to my bank account or offering any concrete solution. From my perspective, this withdrawal is still unresolved, as the funds never arrived.
I request that BC Game urgently investigate where this transaction was actually sent, provide a clear explanation supported by evidence, and either ensure that the ₹50,000 is credited to my Canara Bank account or returned to my BC Game balance. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as a transaction shown as successful in the system but not received by the bank is unacceptable.
