My Bay Mavi Betting Account Blocked Over Typo in Address

When signing up for the Bay Mavi betting site, I accidentally entered my house number as 6 instead of 7. Later, when I requested a withdrawal, they asked for address verification. When I provided the correct address, they said it didn't match. They then promised a refund but only returned a fifth of my money, blocked my account, and withheld the rest. To top it off, they sent me an email banning me from playing on their site again.
