Bauhaus Telescopic Awning Broke After 2 Days — Requesting Full Replacement

On August 29, 2025, I purchased a telescopic awning from Bauhaus, but the leg tightening mechanism broke just two days after purchase. I bought the product from the Antalya branch, and my invoice number is 4024506593003. The product is still under warranty.
After the issue occurred, I contacted Bauhaus customer service, and I was told that the replacement part would be sent as soon as possible. However, to this day, no solution has been provided, and no one has contacted me. Because of the broken part, I have not been able to use the product at all.
I am requesting a complete replacement of the product instead of a part repair. I expect urgent support to resolve this issue and to compensate for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
The store in Antalya said it would send the defective part, but it has been a year since we purchased the product, and it is now non-functional.
