My Washing and Dryer Cabinet Arrived Damaged - I Want a Refund

I ordered a washing machine and dryer cabinet from Koçtaş online for ₺639.99 (Order No: 1075645973). The product was delivered to my address in Bursa/Nilüfer two days ago. When I opened the package, I saw that the cabinet was damaged and broken. I immediately contacted Koçtaş customer service and created a request, but I received no response. When I called again, I was met with an indifferent attitude and my issue was not addressed. Although the product is under warranty, my grievance has not been resolved. I am requesting a refund for the damaged product and compensation for my loss. I expect an urgent solution to this matter.
