I made a deposit on the Batery betting app that has still not been credited, even though the payment was successfully completed on my end.
On April 1, 2026, at 9:12 p.m., I paid ₹3,999.15 via UPI to Batery. The transaction was completed with reference number 755820771181, but the amount has not been reflected in my Batery account balance.
After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted Batery customer support. They only informed me that they would look into the issue but did not provide any clear explanation for the delay or a timeline for resolution. Since then, I have not received any meaningful update, and my money remains stuck between my bank and the Batery app.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting ₹3,999.15 to my Batery account balance or refunding the same amount back to my UPI account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what caused this issue so that it does not happen again in the future.
