BateryBet Deposit Not Credited in Gaming Account

I made a deposit of 4,000 Rs to my BateryBet account (ID: 67258003) on 10/01/2026 at around 5:51 p.m. via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank, and the transaction shows completed on my side with reference number 559410603743, but the money has still not been added to my BateryBet balance. I immediately contacted BateryBet customer service regarding this issue. They asked me to wait for 3 days for the amount to be credited. However, even after 6 days, the 4,000 Rs has still not been credited to my account, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that BateryBet urgently credits the 4,000 Rs to my BateryBet account without any further delay, and reviews this failed deposit issue so that similar problems do not occur again.
