Deposit Of 1600 Not Credited On Batery Bet Account

I deposited 1600 Rupees into my Battery Bet account on 19 June via UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The UPI transaction ID for this payment is 002911720340. This is unusual, as I have previously made successful deposits and withdrawals on the platform without any issues. On 19 June, around 11 AM, I contacted Battery Bet customer support about the missing deposit. They informed me that the transaction was being verified manually and asked me to be patient. However, despite this response, the money has still not been reflected in my account. I request that my 1600 Rupees be credited to my Battery Bet account immediately, or that a clear and prompt solution be provided regarding the status of this transaction.
