I made a deposit of ₹8,000 to my Baterybet account via UPI on April 9, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The money was successfully debited from my bank account, yet it does not appear in my Baterybet balance.
I contacted my bank/UPI provider, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful and advised me to contact the recipient. I then reached out to Baterybet customer support and reported the missing deposit. However, they only told me to wait and did not provide any clear information or a specific time frame for resolving the issue.
I am requesting that my ₹8,000 deposit made on April 9 via UPI be either credited to my Baterybet account immediately or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding this transaction and a defined timeline for resolution.
