Deposit And Withdrawal Issues
I have an account on india-batery.com / Battery Bet with the ID 69263***, and I am having serious issues with both withdrawals and a deposit that have not been processed correctly. On 11 June, I requested two withdrawals, one for 1,200 INR and another for 1,000 INR. In my account, both withdrawals show the status as “completed” but neither amount has been credited to my bank account. On 15 June, I made another withdrawal of 3,050 INR, which also shows as “completed” yet the money has still not reached my bank account. Finally, on 19 June, I deposited 10,000 INR, but this deposit has not been added to my Battery Bet account balance. I have already provided my bank statement and payment proof to your support team. Despite this, every time I contact customer service I am only told to wait for a response from the payment provider, and no real solution or clear update is given. I have also clearly stated that 12 days have already passed since the first two withdrawals on 11 June, and the fact that none of these transactions can be properly traced makes me feel that my issue is not being taken seriously as a customer. I request that all my pending withdrawals be credited to my bank account without any further delay and that my 10,000 INR deposit be added correctly to my Battery Bet account balance, or alternatively that all the withdrawal amounts which have not reached my bank account be credited back to my Battery Bet account. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved in full.
