On 31 March 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 INR from my account (ID: 36173***) with withdrawal ID 12333054409, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank. I have made successful withdrawals from Baterybets in the past, so this situation is unusual and worrying for me. When I contacted your customer support, I was informed that the issue had been forwarded to the provider and that there was no answer yet, and I was asked to be more patient as it might take longer to resolve. Despite this, a considerable amount of time has passed and I have not received either the money or any clear update on the status of my withdrawal. I request that my 10,000 INR withdrawal be processed and credited without any further delay, or that I am provided with a clear and verifiable explanation of what has happened to this transaction and when it will be resolved.
