Baterybet Withdrawal Marked Processed but Money Never Arrived



I requested a withdrawal of 19,000 INR from my Batterybet account on 4 May via IMPS bank transfer to my DCB Bank account. Although the withdrawal was shown as processed on the platform, the money has still not reached my bank account. I have already provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. When I contacted BateryBet customer support, I was informed that a message had been sent to the payment provider and that they would get back to me soon. However, two days have passed since that response, and there has been no update or resolution, and my 19,000 INR is still missing. I request that Baterybet either immediately credit the 19,000 INR back into my gaming account or reprocess the withdrawal to my DCB Bank account, and ensure that the payment actually reaches my bank. I also expect a clear and timely explanation of what went wrong in this transaction.
