I have been facing a serious problem with the platform Battery Bets regarding a withdrawal from my general wallet balance. On 27 March at around 15:26, I placed a withdrawal request from my Battery Bets wallet to my ICICI current account. The withdrawal was shown as completed by Battery Bets, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. My customer ID on Battery Bets is 77935851, and the withdrawal ID is 12332151064. Despite the transaction being marked as completed on their side, there has been no actual credit to my bank account till now. I tried to contact Battery Bets' support multiple times through email and by raising requests on their website, but there has been no response from the admin or support team for more than 90 hours. This lack of communication and transparency is very concerning, especially when money is involved. I request Battery Bets to urgently credit the full withdrawal amount to my ICICI current account without any further delay, or at least provide clear proof of the transaction and the exact status of my withdrawal. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further, including filing a complaint with the cybercrime cell in India. I expect a quick resolution and a proper response from Battery Bets regarding this pending withdrawal.
