My Withdrawal Marked Completed but Never Received

I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal problem I am experiencing with Battery Bet. I won money in the casino section and requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer on 13 May 2026. Although more than 10 days have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Battery Bet support keeps telling me that they are working on it and are waiting for a reply from their provider. At the same time, they have marked my withdrawal as “completed” on their side. To help resolve the issue, I have already provided my bank statement, which clearly shows that no such credit of ₹12,000 has been received. In addition, I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests and the current status shown in my account, which I am ready to share as supporting evidence. I kindly request that Battery Bet immediately transfers the pending ₹12,000 to my bank account or redo to my battery wallet and provides a clear explanation for this delay, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible
