My Baseus batteries are swelling. As you can see in the attached images, the product I bought is experiencing this issue. However, the distributor is only offering a refund of ₺272, the price from two years ago, conveniently ignoring the current market value. Even Amazon is not intervening in this matter. The equivalent product, a 20,000 mAh, 22W power bank, is currently priced at ₺1,700. Instead of addressing the customer's grievances, the company is evading the issue by offering a refund at the inflation-adjusted price from two years ago, which is significantly lower. Even the cost of servicing the defective product would exceed this amount.
