I recently purchased a Baseus product that is supposed to work with two AA batteries. I purchased two Duracell brand AA batteries and installed them in the device. But now I'm stuck with the batteries being trapped inside the product and unable to remove them. It's as if they're superglued together. I contacted Duracell and informed them of the situation. They were gracious enough to agree to send me new batteries, which was wonderful. When I contacted Baseus Turkey (Hakman), they denied any flaw in the product without even seeing it. I mean, how can they say there is no problem with the device without first inspecting it? It's simply not right. I really wish Baseus Turkey had stood behind their product and assisted me, especially since I bought it in good faith. Now all I have to hope for is that I can get the batteries out of the product without causing any further damage.
